I hope the mountain allows me to get to the top, we start our trek on Wednesday. 6 days on the mountain.

Everyone is going to tell you that the key to Kili is "pole, pole" which means "slowly"... hike slowly so that you can acclimate. You guys know this because you're from Utah. Summit day/night is should be the most intense because of the lack of sleep. And the reason you'll survive is because of porters... you're supposed to tip them.
And in Tanzania, you can never say "asante sana" enough...
I can't wait to hear all about it.
